My name is Stephen W. Stanley and I am asking for your VOTE in the May 10^th GISD School Board Place 4 Trustees election. I sincerely appreciate the great support from across Garland, Rowlett and Sachse.  It is your support that will bring to the school board someone with proven leadership and a proven commitment to the District. 

   During my tenure serving on the Sachse City Council, I had the pleasure to serve the citizens of Sachse to help build a stronger relationship between the GISD and the City of Sachse.  I offer leadership, a team-oriented approach and extensive community involvement that contributes to smart, effective and stable growth.  I worked tirelessly for 6 years for the citizens of Sachse and now I offer the same commitment to all of the GISD.

   I firmly believe that once as a student and a graduate of South Garland High and as a parent of two GISD students, there no better school district in the State.  The only thing that keeps this or any other district at the top can only be top quality staff and an open line of communication between the teachers and the parents.
